“Barb is an energetic and talented filmmaker with much to offer any documentary or non-fiction production. She’s a smart self-starter who takes initiative and responsibility. I’ve worked with her directly and can tell you she always exceeds all expectations, with skills as a director, producer and cinematographer. I highly recommend Barb Kuensting.”

My skills are backed by 4 years of professional experience and dual bachelor's degrees in science and documentary film. My education from the Murray Center for Documentary Journalism prepared me for the real-world TV & film industries, while my work with The Nature Conservancy and NBC demonstrates versatility across industries. At Chamberlin, a wealth management firm in St. Louis, MO, I continue to refine my ability to cultivate a brand presence through video storytelling, producing content that connects complex financial topics to real people. Ultimately, I excel in blending science and art, creating a unique skill set in creativity, research, and nonfiction storytelling.

Resume

In August 2024, I started working at

Chamberlin.

When I joined Chamberlin in August 2024, I set out to bring the firm’s education-first philosophy to life through video. In just a year, I’ve produced more than 100 videos—ranging from educational explainers to personal client stories—and published over 30 unique website features within two months. I built our YouTube channel from the ground up, creating a consistent stream of content that continues to grow steadily week after week. My role as staff videographer goes beyond production; it’s about helping people understand the “why” behind their financial choices. Every project is an opportunity to turn complex financial topics into clear, relatable stories that reflect Chamberlin’s commitment to teaching, transparency, and trust.
